Letlhogonolo "Hlogi" Masipa is a Motion Picture graduate of City Varsity who treats every project as a piece of storytelling first and a technical exercise second — using cinematography and photography to surface both the told and untold sides of a story.

His short film Memories Last for a Lifetime was named a Best Short Film finalist at the Roma Short Film Festival in Italy and won Best Short Story at the Kalakari Film Festival in India. Co-directing a fashion film for David Tlale earned him the Experimental Bronze Award at the Fashion Film Festival Chicago, plus a finalist placing at the New York City International Fashion Film Festival.
